Detailed design of the following:

· Medium Voltage (MV Cable, SF6 switches and Transformers)

· Plant and synchronizing control systems

· UPS (one static 1 MVA unit)

· Standby generator plant ( two 750 kVA units)

· Distribution Boards

· LV cables, ladders and trays

· Lighting installation

· Power reticulation (power skirting)

Fully integrated security solution based on Lenel OnGuard was designed incorporating:

· Access control system (102 Biometric Fingerprint Readers)

· Perimeter protection (vehicle booms, 8 strand electric fence)

· CCTV surveillance system (82 IP cameras)

· Fire detection (300+ detectors)

· Gas fire suppression (6 gas protected areas totaling 363 m^²)

· Fire telephone and intercom system

· Building management system interface
